We will accept returns for refund or replacement within 30 days of the shipment date (postage date). Shipping charges are not refundable. The item being returned must be in the same condition it was when you received it to be eligible for return.
Please contact us before you send the item back so that we can watch for it's arrival. We ask that you include a note telling the reason for the return. We would like to request that you include a copy of your receipt.
You will be credited for the cost of your purchase (shipping not included). The refund will be issued through Paypal and you will be notified.
If you are worried about your return being lost or misdirected, please insure your package. We cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. We do not refund for the postage need to send the return and " postage due " packages will not be accepted.
